uovo is evolving from a one-man-show to some sort of an agency. As an external digital marketer or on project basis, uovo offers webflow websites, social media services and paid marketing (Google & Meta). Clients reach from KMUs to Startup in different industries.
Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and skilled UX/UI designer and webflow developer to join us as a remote freelancer. This position has a strong chance to evolve into a part-time or full-time position within 2025.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, execute, and oversee all web-design projects, working in both Webflow and Figma to deliver exceptional web designs.
- Collaborate with the founder to set design direction and maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.
- Maintain project efficiency and ensure timely delivery, managing multiple projects under given deadlines.
- Set the example as a design leader, consistently producing high-caliber work and supporting team growth.
Qualifications
3+ years of Webflow and Figma design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Excellent graphic design skills with a proven ability to create visually compelling digital experiences.
- Proficiency in Webflow (Components, Client First(!), CMS, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and web optimization.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of German is a huge plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- A strong, proactive attitude, with autonomy and accountability
- Based in Europe
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in creating graphics for social media
- Experience in Canva to create simple templates for clients
- Experience in other areas of graphic designs
