Are you a Webflow expert who can take designs from concept to launch? A UK digital agency is looking for their next creative superstar.You'll create stunning, high-performing websites using Figma and Webflow, working directly with our UK team. We're looking for someone who obsesses over clean code and can turn complex designs into perfectly structured Webflow builds.This is a contract-to-hire role, 40 hours/week. Working hours are flexible but there must be minimum 2 hours of crossover with the UK office (+0 GMT). You'll be:
- Creating responsive designs in Figma
- Building pixel-perfect websites in Webflow
- Managing client website updates
- Contributing to design systems
- Setting up best practices for scalable builds
Requirements
Essential:
- 3+ years web design experience
- Advanced Figma skills
- Portfolio showing both design and development work
- Experience with responsive design
- Strong understanding of Webflow best practices (classes, styles, CMS)
- Agency or freelance experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet + backup connection
- Available to start within 14 days

- Experience with animations and interactions
- SEO knowledge

- Track record working with UK/Western clients
- Understanding of web performance optimisation
