‍Job Summary‍

We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites using Webflow's visual development platform. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in Webflow development and a strong understanding of web development principles.

‍Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow's visual development platform
• Build custom interactions and animations using Webflow's native capabilities
• Implement SEO best practices and optimize website performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design mockups into fully functional websites
• Maintain and update existing Webflow websites
• Utilize Monday.com for project management and team collaboration
• Create reusable components and establish design systems within Webflow
• Ensure websites are responsive across all devices and browsers
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Webflow development and CMS implementation
• Experience with other no-code/low-code platforms
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Experience with Webflow's CMS and dynamic content capabilities
• Portfolio demonstrating successful Webflow projects
• Experience with tools like Monday.com for project coordination
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) timezone
• Experience with client management in an agency setting
