About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled Webflow Developer passionate about performance-driven, innovative web experiences. As part of our team in Bangalore, you’ll be at the forefront of building high-performance websites for top brands, integrating advanced features, and collaborating closely with our design teams. You’ll leverage the Finsweet ecosystem, Client-First framework, and other cutting-edge tools to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance websites using Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and GSAP.
- Utilize the Finsweet ecosystem, Client-First framework, and Finsweet/Refokus Attributes to build scalable, reusable components.
- Integrate third-party APIs and write custom scripts to add advanced functionalities.
- Create dynamic, interactive web experiences using tools like SplideJS and custom vanilla JavaScript.
- Implement GSAP animations where needed, ensuring the website is optimized for performance by minimizing the use of Webflow’s native animations.
- Work on SEO best practices and maintain a strong focus on delivering SEO-optimized websites.
- Integrate analytics and tracking tools like GA-4, Hotjar, and Microclarity for data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the design team to bring concepts to life, ensuring designs are translated into functional, performant websites.
- Manage Webflow components and variants to ensure scalability and consistency across pages and features.
- Communicate effectively and work autonomously, managing complex tasks and projects from start to finish.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GSAP, and advanced web development techniques.
- Strong understanding of the Finsweet ecosystem, Client-First framework, and Finsweet/Refokus Attributes.
- Proficiency in working with SplideJS, third-party APIs, and custom JavaScript solutions.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and implementation in Webflow.
- Experience with GA-4, Hotjar, Microclarity, and other analytics tools.
- Expertise in Webflow components, variants, and creating reusable systems.
- Ability to write performant GSAP animations to ensure website speed and smooth user experiences.
- Ability to write custom vanilla JavaScript for functionalities not supported natively.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub is a plus for maintaining reusable code and version control.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

- Experience working with complex, multi-page websites with dynamic content and reusable components.
