Team size: Working directly with a team of 2 web producers, 3 seo specialists and 1 ab testing guy
Special software or skills: Webflow experience would be nice but is not a deal breaker, what we really want is someone who is easy to work with who has empathy for our internal and external users.
Additional information: If local to San Jose would Love to have this person in office 2x week for hybrid work but this is negotiable o Needs excellent communication skills, organizational skills and must be easy to work with and flexible.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Front-End Developer with expertise in Webflow to join our web marketing team.
This role is integral to ensuring our website is not only visually appealing but also functional, scalable, accessible, and aligned with our brand identity.
You will collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to implement A/B testing results, improve web accessibility, and create scalable, responsive, and repeatable design systems.

Webflow Development: Build, maintain, and optimize web pages using Webflow, ensuring they align with design specifications and performance goals.
Responsive Design: Develop and optimize web experiences for a variety of devices and screen sizes, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
A/B Testing Implementation: Work with the marketing and analytics teams to integrate A/B testing results into the website, iterating on designs based on performance metrics.
Web Accessibility: Ensure all web pages meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1), providing an inclusive experience for all users.
Scalable Web Design Systems: Collaborate with the production team to create and implement scalable, reusable design components that align with our branding and UX guidelines.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
Performance Optimization: Continuously improve site speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience through best practices in front-end development.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of web pages to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Webflow.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles.
Experience implementing A/B testing results into production environments.
Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and experience creating accessible web solutions.
Ability to create scalable, reusable design components and implement web design systems.
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for collaborating with design teams.
Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web performance optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
