Senior WebFlow Developer at Flexlab.io

Salary Budget: PKR 1.5 to 2.5 Lakh per month (based on experience)

Location: Remote (Must be available to work in EST Timezone)

Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior WebFlow Developer with a proven track record of building responsive, dynamic websites using WebFlow. You’ll lead the design and development of client projects, optimize existing sites, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in WebFlow, combined with a strong portfolio and active GitHub profile, will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities

WebFlow Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy visually appealing, responsive websites using WebFlow.
• Customize WebFlow interactions, animations, and CMS-driven content.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance, and SEO optimization.

Portfolio & Collaboration:

• Showcase a portfolio of past WebFlow projects (client work or personal projects).
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to translate wireframes into functional websites.

GitHub Contributions:

• Maintain an active GitHub profile with public repositories demonstrating clean code, WebFlow integrations, or reusable components.
• Participate in code reviews and share best practices with the team.

Client Communication:

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in the EST timezone (9 AM – 5 PM EST).
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot issues promptly.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in WebFlow development with a strong portfolio of live websites.
• Technical Skills:
• Mastery of WebFlow (CMS, E-commerce, Interactions).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integrations with third-party tools.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and version control workflows.
• Availability: Must overlap with EST business hours for team syncs and client meetings.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Webflow APIs or custom code embeds.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
