We are looking for a freelance web designer to join our team on a project basis to assist with designing and refining websites that are both visually engaging and highly functional.

Role Overview

As a Freelance Web Designer, you will work on project-based assignments to design and develop responsive, user-friendly, and aesthetically compelling websites. You’ll collaborate with our marketing and development teams to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design modern, user-friendly websites.
• Develop websites using Wordpress or other front-end website tools aligned with brand guidelines.
• Optimise designs for performance, usability, and mobile responsiveness.
• Execute rebranding and enhancement of existing websites.
• Collaborate with the team to provide creative insights and suggestions for web improvements.
• Keep up with the latest web design trends, UX principles, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer (Freelance/Contractor experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, UX/UI expertise, and creative ability.
• Proficiency with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and other front-end principles
• Experience designing for mobile-first, responsive websites.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with SEO best practices in web design.
• Motion design or animation skills (e.g., Lottie, After Effects).
• Experience with branding and graphic design.
• UX research and testing experience.

Compensation

💰 Daily Rate or Project-Based Payment (Competitive rates based on experience).
