In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing high-quality Webflow websites. You will work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver engaging, responsive, and user-friendly web experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Webflow websites with clean, optimized, and scalable code.
• Convert design wireframes and mock-ups into fully functional Webflow sites.
• Implement interactions, animations, and CMS-based content in Webflow.
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth functionality.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience.
• Work with third-party integrations like Zapier, Make, and API connections.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay up to date with the latest Webflow features, best practices, and front-end technologies.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Webflow development.
• Strong knowledge of Webflow CMS, interactions, and animations.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with client-first design system & maintaining to ensure consistency across different pages and sections of the website.
• Write clean, efficient, and consistent use of classes across our Webflow environment.
• Experience with JavaScript libraries like splide, swiper, finsweet attributes.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
