We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who’s as passionate about seamless digital experiences as we are. Someone who thrives on pushing Webflow to its limits, who sees development as an art form, and who’s ready to help build something bigger than just another portfolio piece. This isn’t just a role. It’s a chance to shape an agency from the inside out.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be our go-to Webflow expert, crafting stunning, high-performance websites that not only impress visually but also function flawlessly. You’ll take Figma designs and bring them to life in Webflow, handling everything from interactions to performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, fast, and responsive Webflow websites.
- Collaborate closely with our branding and design teams, translating their concepts into fully functional, interactive web experiences.
- Optimize Webflow builds, improving performance, accessibility, and scalability while ensuring best practices are followed.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a developer who’s not just talented but also proactive, collaborative, and invested in our collective success. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A Webflow wizard - you can translate Figma files into pixel-perfect, scalable, and responsive web experiences.
- You don’t just build websites, you craft experiences - you understand how small interactions, animations, and structure impact user flow and engagement.
- You’re obsessed with detail - from typography to micro-animations, you understand that the best websites are made in the margins.
- You’re comfortable with code - while Webflow is your tool of choice, you know your way around HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (bonus if you’ve worked with GSAP or other animation libraries).
- You think beyond just development - you’re a problem-solver, a collaborator, and someone who wants to shape the future of BHONG, not just execute tasks.
- If you’re Barcelona-based, even better - while this is a remote role, we’d love to have someone local for occasional creative sessions, brainstorming over coffee, or just to hang out.
