We are looking for a UX & Webflow Designer who is passionate about digital experiences and can bridge design and implementation—crafting intuitive user interfaces in Figma and bringing them to life in Webflow.
Tasks
- Create component-based UX designs in Figma, leveraging design systems, libraries, and prototyping tools.
- Develop, structure, and optimize Webflow sites using Client First, Finsweet, and Relume.
- Ensure responsive and high-performance web experiences with a focus on usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate with developers to maintain consistency between design and implementation.
- Apply basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to tweak and optimize Webflow sites.
- Contribute to branding, visual identity, and scalable design solutions across multiple projects.
- Work on sustainability-focused digital projects, including contributions to our own 2zero sustainability platform.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Figma (component-based design, libraries, prototyping).
- Solid Webflow expertise, including Client First, Finsweet, Relume, and structured Webflow development.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge (not mandatory but a plus).
- A digital-first mindset—comfortable working with modern tools and workflows.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Fluent in English & German
- Located in Berlin or open to hybrid work.
