Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Designer & Webflow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience (UX) design, be proficient in Figma, Webflow, and prototyping, and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves both designing and building Webflow-based websites, collaborating closely with our design team, project managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Webflow Development: Build pixel-perfect, responsive websites in Webflow, including CMS setup, animations, and interactions.
• Design Excellence: Create custom, high-quality web designs that align with client objectives and brand identity.
• Prototyping: Utilize Figma to develop interactive prototypes that bring design concepts to life for client feedback and iteration.
• Performance & SEO: Ensure websites are optimized for speed, accessibility, and SEO when building in Webflow.

Client Interaction & Team Collaboration

• Client Presentations: Confidently present and explain design concepts and Webflow builds, emphasizing user experience and brand consistency.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues, project managers, and developers, maintaining clear and open communication.
• Project Management: Partner with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope, using project management tools to track progress.

Industry Knowledge & Innovation

• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest Webflow features, design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Continuously refine Webflow development processes to enhance efficiency and scalability for future projects.

Skill Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs and Webflow-developed projects.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including interactive prototyping and design systems.
  • Extensive experience with Webflow, including CMS setup, interactions, animations, and performance optimization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Suite and other design tools.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not required but beneficial).
• Communication Skills:
  • Exceptional ability to articulate design decisions and concepts to clients and team members, both verbally and in writing.
  • Comfortable with video presentations and client calls.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple design and development projects simultaneously.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset, ensuring smooth transitions from design to Webflow development while resolving challenges efficiently.
