Your tasks
- Design and conception of modern websites and management systems taking into account accessibility and CI/CD requirements
- Analysis of user requirements and market trends to ensure the best possible user experience
- Creation of wireframes, mockups and click dummies as part of our software development project
- Conception of brand and style guidelines as well as creation of graphics for marketing campaigns taking into account specified specifications
- Further development of a scalable design system
- Support in the planning and implementation of workshops and presentations
Your profile
- Completed degree (e.g. media/design, communication design, or similar) and/or relevant professional experience as a UI/UX or product designer and/or several-month bootcamp (e.g. CareerFoundry) with a strong portfolio
- Good feeling for appealing design and knowledge of the requirements for intuitive user guidance and the design of modern web environments
- Very good knowledge of the creation of wireframes, Mockups and click dummies (e.g. with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Very good written and spoken German skills (language level C2 according to the European reference framework)
- Good knowledge of image editing (e.g. with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.) desirable
- Basic knowledge of barrier-free web design desirable
- Basic knowledge of Webflow desirable
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML/HTML5, CSS) and programming desirable
- Independent, efficient and goal-oriented way of working
