Role Description

Sphinx is seeking a Contract Web Designer (Webflow) to collaborate on enhancing our existing Webflow website, sphx.io. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually compelling layouts, graphics, and front-end elements in Webflow. You will ensure our website is responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with our fintech/web3 brand identity. Additionally, you’ll create technical diagrams with a keen eye for design, making complex concepts accessible and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design and development teams to iterate on our current Webflow website
• Craft intuitive, responsive layouts and graphics for a seamless user experience
• Implement front-end features and interactive elements within Webflow
• Design and integrate technical diagrams that clearly communicate complex fintech/web3 concepts
• Adhere to brand guidelines while employing creativity to enhance the user interface
• Ensure website performance, SEO principles, and best practices are upheld

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and developing websites in Webflow
• Strong Web Design and Graphic Design skills
• Expertise in Responsive Web Design and front-end development best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent attention to detail and a flair for creativity
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and SEO best practices
• Previous exposure to fintech or web3 projects is a plus
