Role Description

As a Webflow Developer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality websites that meet international standards and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Your focus will be on building responsive, user-friendly websites that showcase our commitment to quality and technical excellence. This position is ideal for an experienced freelance developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage and execute sophisticated web projects with precision and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ proven experience as a Webflow developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Webflow CMS, interactions, and custom code capabilities.
• Understanding of responsive design principles, SEO best practices, and web accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and basic SEO principles.
• Familiarity with back-end languages (Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP)
• Proficiency in using Git/GitHub for version control and managing code changes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while meeting project deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites using Webflow, ensuring they meet client specifications and are responsive across devices.
• Implement complex interactions, animations, and designs with meticulous attention to detail.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with our team to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to performance or functionality.
• Stay updated on the latest Webflow features, trends, and best practices to incorporate into projects.
