We are looking for two experienced and ambitious Webflow Developers to join our agency and deliver creative, modern design solutions for our clients.

Our main services include

• Strategy & Branding
• Web Design
• Webflow Development
• And anything else needed to support full experience: Animations, Automatization, Iconography, Technical SEO, CRO, and more...

We primarily collaborate with fast-moving startups in the technology, finance, and security industries.

Our headquarters is located in Niš, Serbia, and we currently have a team of six members.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to create exceptional web user experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end website development in Webflow based on provided designs. This role involves implementing necessary integrations and third-party tools while proactively identifying and addressing project challenges with effective solutions.

Collaboration

You will work closely with designers and project managers.

Working hours: Flexible

Location: Hybrid (On-site presence in Niš is required 2 days per month)

Contract: Full-time

Responsibilities and requirements

• Website Development in Webflow
• Responsive Development for all screen sizes
• Working with advanced Animations
• Experience with Swiper.js, Finsweet attributes…
• Regular online meetings with clients and the team
• Communication skills and ability to explain your development decisions. Argument your point of view and offer solutions
• Track tasks in ClickUp

Not necessary but good to have

• Custom coding JavaScript, JQuery, CSS
• Zapier, Make.com…
• Understanding the basics of Web Design
• Using Figma for edits
