About the role:

As a Webflow Developer at Taylerd, you have a varied role that combines technical expertise with a flair for design and user experience. You work closely with our Web Design Lead and are responsible for implementing pixel-perfect solutions in Webflow, customizing functionality with JavaScript and optimizing websites for performance, SEO and accessibility. The role involves both independent work and close collaboration to solve technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain Webflow sites: Create new pages, manage CMS structures, and implement animations and interactions beyond Webflow's standard tools using JavaScript.

  • Optimize for SEO and Accessibility: Ensure websites follow SEO best practices and WCAG standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Identify and fix bugs, improve performance, and optimize responsive design for different devices.

Your profile:

You are a recent graduate or have worked for a few years and have a background in front-end development or design with strong technical skills, especially in CMS. Maybe you've been freelancing for a year or so and built several websites where you've customized functionality with JavaScript. You are meticulous, like to solve problems and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about web development and interested in design, and always strives to develop and deliver high quality. Here are some qualities and abilities we look for:

  • Webflow Expertise: Experience working with Webflow CMS and e-commerce, as well as building interactive and responsive solutions.
  • JavaScript Skills: Ability to implement custom functionality and interactions using JavaScript.
  • HTML/CSS Competence: Strong basic understanding and hands-on experience in writing and customizing HTML and CSS.
  • Interested in design: Strong attention to detail and user experience, with an interest in collaborating on design-related issues.
  • Solution-oriented and self-motivated: Ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Communication skills and willingness to cooperate: Good communication skills to be able to collaborate effectively in a small team. Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

Meritorious:

  • Experience working with design delivered in Figma.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and user experience (UX).
  • Experience optimizing websites for performance and accessibility.

We offer you:

  • Competitive salary as well as occupational pension and health care allowance.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment with the industry's most committed colleagues.
  • Great opportunities to influence your own role
