Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our team at Torc. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining web pages on the Webflow platform. This role involves creating new pages, editing existing ones, and ensuring all pages align with our brand standards and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive, visually appealing, and functional web pages using Webflow.
- Modify and update existing Webflow pages to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams, to gather requirements and deliver optimal web solutions.
- Ensure consistency in design, branding, and user experience across all pages.
- Optimize Webflow pages for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any Webflow-related issues promptly.
- Maintain documentation for web page updates and changes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of Webflow projects.
- Proficiency in Webflow Designer, CMS, and interactions/animations.
- Solid understanding of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
- Experience with SEO optimization and performance improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating Webflow with third-party tools or APIs.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of branding and marketing concepts.
